Arrogant judge Stefan Mortensen suffers a near-fatal stroke that leaves him partially paralyzed and confined to a retirement home. Resisting the staff and alienating his kind roommate, Mortensen soon comes into conflict with a seemingly gentle resident, Dave Crealy, who secretly terrorizes the home with a sadistic game called “Dominion of Jenny Pen.” while brandishing his demented baby as an instrument of cruelty. What begins as a childish torment quickly degenerates into far more sinister and disturbing events. When Mortensen’s pleas to the staff go unanswered, he takes it upon himself to end Crealy’s reign of terror.
