In the 1900s, a white woman is murdered in San Francisco’s Chinatown and the suspect is Chinese. The murder leads to social unrest and the public calls for the ostracism of Chinatown. Chinese medical doctor QIN FU (LIU Haoran) and Chinese citizen Ah Gui (WANG Baoqiang) are involved in the case and, amid a battle of intelligence and courage, they race against time to find the killer.
